You've never planned a wedding at our venue. Is that going to be an issue?

No, I love working at new venues and exploring all the gorgeous locations out there! My venue background makes it so that I can easily communicate effectively with your venue coordinator, work on floor plans, and understand proper flow of any event space. 

When should we book you?

As early as possible! Most couples book between 10-15 months out, especially for full-service planning. If you’re closer to your date, reach out - we take on a limited number of events each year to give each one the attention it deserves. 


Do you only plan weddings in the Bay Area?

While we love working across San Francisco, Napa, and the greater Bay Area, we also plan destination weddings and events beyond California. If your dream celebration is somewhere else, let’s talk about how we can bring it to life. 

Can you help us find vendors?

Absolutely. We work with a curated network of talented and trusted professionals and will match you with vendors who align with your style, values, and budget. For partial planning or coordination, we’ll also connect with the vendors you’ve already booked to keep everything seamless.

What's the difference between full-service planning and coordination?

Full-service planning means we’re with you from the very beginning, guiding every detail and decision. Coordination is for couples who’ve done most of the planning but want professional support to tie it all together and manage the day. If you’re not sure which you need, we’re happy to help you decide.
